How do I get started?

After sign up online, you will land on our onboarding dashboard.  Next, we will be in touch within 1 business day to set up an introductory call if you would like one.  Once we have researched your business and industry in-depth, we will create your first week of social media posts.  After your first posts have been proofread, we will email you with a preview of your first week of posts.  You can then either ask for revisions or simply approve the posts.

How long will it take before you start?

Once you sign up, it will usually take between 7-10 business days before your first week of social media posts will be ready for review.

Can I still post to my social media pages?

Yes, of course! You are free to post as much as you like. We will even provide you with a custom dashboard to schedule your posts across all your social media channels.

How long does the post approval process take?

Once your posts are ready for approval, you will be notified via email immediately.  If you need changes to your posts, please allow 2 to 3 days for the changes to be completed.  Once your posts have been approved, they will be scheduled for posting within 2 to 3 days.

How much time and effort do you need from me?

We want you to leverage our experience to save you time and effort, so once you have completed the onboarding instructions then there is nothing else we need from you apart from images and any information about promotions, events, offers etc.  You can be as actively involved as you want, or as hands-off as you want.

Do I need to sign a contract?

No, we don’t ask you to commit to any contracts.  If you decide that you don’t want to continue with our services you can cancel at anytime.  We only ask that you provide us with a 30-day cancellation notice.

What kind of content will you post?

The exact content depends on your business and industry, but here are some examples of what we will post:

Our Booster service is available for Instagram, LinkedIn and Twitter.  There are two Booster services available to grow your account by 150+ followers per month, or 300+ followers per month.

How many followers will you get my business per month?
