Photo Editing Tiers
DeVore Design is proud to launch new photo editing tiers designed to give real estate agents unprecedented flexibility and cost-effectiveness in property marketing. Amid increasing market pressures, these new tiers present agents with tailored options that suit a range of budgets and needs, ensuring they can effectively showcase their listings without compromise.
In response to the evolving requirements of real estate professionals, DeVore Design is proud to introduce three distinct editing tiers: a budget-friendly “Basic” option, a “Standard” tier that mirrors the quality of their existing photo editing services, and a “Premium” level featuring advanced retouching techniques that were previously unavailable at scale. This new structure not only enhances agents’ control over their marketing materials but also offers them the ability to choose the right level of investment for their specific listings.

Some edit requests may incur fees and additional time for processing. Please note that lot outline accuracy is not guaranteed, and is subject to artist rendition. DeVore Design may not always be able to accommodate lot outlines in wooded areas, or areas that don’t have any visual references. Complex lot outlines may not be accurate and should require a survey by a third party entity. DeVore Design is not responsibile for inaccurate lot outlines.
Retouching | Fees & Expectations
At DeVore Design we want your images to look their best while remaining truthful to the property. We welcome additional edit requests, such as removing cars, trash cans, stray objects, or blurring personal items, and will always try to accommodate them when possible.
Some edits go beyond our standard scope and may require extra time or specialized techniques. Complex object removals (large vehicles, extensive clutter), replacing or rebuilding grass and landscaping, removing or reducing powerlines, or extensive background replacement typically incur additional fees. Blurring or removing personal photographs or sensitive items is also treated as a special request. Because every image and request is different, costs and turnaround time for these services are determined on a case-by-case basis.
When you request a custom edit, we’ll evaluate the image and describe what can realistically be achieved, the estimated fee (if any), and how long the edit(s) will take. Our goal is clear communication and a high-quality result that meets your expectations while maintaining integrity and deliverability.

If you have specific retouching needs, please include them with your booking so we can plan appropriately. For existing images, send us the photos and a description of the requested changes, and we’ll assess complexity and provide a quote and timeline before proceeding.
