Step 1

Fill the jar with ice.

Step 2

Pour blanco tequila to the top of the DeVore Design logo.

Step 3

Pour grapefruit juice to the middle of the blue and red areas of the circular DeVore Design logo.

 Step 4

Squeeze a small amount of lime juice and quick squeeze of agave syrup until the liquid is near the top of the blue and red areas of the circular DeVore Design logo.

 Step 5

Place the lid on the jar and secure it tightly, and shake the jar vigorously until the jar becomes cold.

 Step 6

Remove the lid, and pour soda water to the top of the jar.

 Step 7

Place the lid back on the jar, secure tightly.  Gently flip the jar upside down, and right side up. Reopen the lid.  Do not shake the jar vigorously, as the contents are under pressure.

 Step 8

Garnish with Tajin and/or a slice of fresh grapefruit.
