Facebook Live allows Realtors to tap into consumers’ demand for videos and get it widely distributed by using social media.
There are many ways agents can use Facebook Live to boost business:
- Use Facebook Live to create a virtual open house tour that anyone can watch, either live or via a recording once completed. Agents can walk through the home and provide commentary, point out architectural elements, indicate when and where renovations have been done and offer detailed information about the home and neighborhood.
- Highlight a neighborhood’s notable features, such as playgrounds, parks, shopping districts, restaurants, bars, schools and libraries
- Interview real estate experts to offer buyers and sellers advice, like mortgage brokers, economists and home stagers
- Showcase their strong relationships with local businesses and tell client success stories
