The Royal Palm Railway Experience will be closing a well known train connection on April 22, according to a report by WOFL.
The popular Lake County train line connected Tavares with Mount Dora and was known for a number of railway experiences such as its “Wizard of Oz” themed ride and Royal Wine Limited, which allowed riders to enjoy wine as if they were traveling along the railway of a Spanish country side.
Rides between Eustis and Tavares will continue, according to the report.
