Since a picture is worth a thousand words, my job is to make each one of those words as effective as possible to drive buyers to your listings and to get the attention of homeowners seeking an agent to sell their home.
I deliver captivating photography and cinematic videos to ensure your listings stand out and generate more leads. There are thousands of active listings on any given day, and my job is to separate and elevate your listings from the crowd. I do this by providing compelling media through a variety of platforms and compatible with all devices. I encourage you to browse our examples to see how we can help you maximize your success.
Maximizing the exposure for a single listing is only a fraction of the purpose for using our services. A 2013 study found that 85% of home sellers would prefer to list their home with an agent that uses professional photography and real estate videos. I work hard to ensure each shoot will serve as a permanent piece of marketing material for the agent, resulting in more listings in the future.
Real Estate Photography
I grew up in Fort Lauderdale, FL. After I graduated high school I moved to Orlando in 1998. In 2000 I graduated from a small broadcasting school in Daytona Beach and went on to work for the largest radio broadcasting company in the United States. For the next several years I gained invaluable experience in all facets of broadcasting, radio and TV. After working for a private TV production company for several years I found a niche in online retail that provided me with freedom and flexibility to fine tune my marketing and broadcasting skills.
I began my career in photography and videography in 2008, but I wasn’t shooting real estate. I was shooting product photography for my online business. When I began my online venture I evaluated my competitors, I estimated my marketing costs and I quickly decided that the most cost effective way to generate traffic to my website was by providing top quality product images. Initially I spent a fortune on pay-per-click advertising to promote my business, but when I maxed out my budget I wasn’t very impressed with the ROI. That was when I started provided themed photographs of my products featured across my website. I provided photographs from different angles with relevant themes, and I quickly noticed that products with the best pictures had the best sales performance. Eventually I combined my product photography with promotional videos to maximize my exposure. This is the path that led me to where I am today.
The timeline on each shoot may vary based on ambient light, weather, home layout, etc. Generally I start with the still photography and then I transition into the video capture. A typical photo shoot takes 1 to 3 hours, and the video typically takes 1 to 2 hours. Aerial shots and exterior shots take another 30 to 90 minutes. Of course these are estimates and can vary wildly from property to property. Larger properties with more sophisticated features take longer, sometimes taking an entire day from morning to night.
During a shoot my goal is to have minimal impact on the property and its occupants. I typically have a cooler in my car with drinks and snacks, and I love music so I might bring my iPod and earbuds if it’s appropriate. In the event that doors are opened or blinds are raised or furniture is moved I will always return everything to its original position. The only footprint I will leave behind are the beautiful images that are published for the property.
